Should I have a 1 Hour Massage?

Should I have a 1 Hour Massage?

Should I have a 1-hour massage? You would be surprised how often this question is asked. With a 1 hour session you get the full hour on the table. Not just 45 or 50 minutes like some other places. Our times are based fully on how much time you are getting the massage. With a 1 hour massage, this gives not only time for you to get relaxed and not feel rushed, but it also gives time for your therapist to get your muscles adequately relaxed.

When you come in for a half hour session, you are only breaking the surface and just getting the muscles warmed up. We usually recommend an hour session so you can get the most out of your session.

Most people tend to take a half hour session if never have been in before, as they are nervous for the first time. But we like to tell all our customers if you feel it’s too hard of pressure just ask the therapist to adjust the pressure to make you more comfortable. We will always accommodate our clients. Don’t be shy or embarrassed as everyone is different and requires different levels of pressure. We want to make the most out of your session, that’s what we are there for.

Then you get the clients who get the full hour. They claim they are starting to relax at the half-hour mark and really just don’t want to stop. The 1-hour massage is usually what we recommend for your well being. The therapist has more time to get right to the problem and to work out those muscles. More times than not, they won’t have to repeat this the next time to get more to the core muscles.

Most Insurance companies do pay for a 1 hour massage, so why not take advantage of the situation since your paying for it one way or the other.

Please give Adica Massage Clinic a call to book your 1 hour massage. We offer lots of different kinds of massages including, therapeutic massage, hot stone massage, couple’s massage and more.
