Erica Whitman has been a practicing therapist for 13 and a half years. Born and raised as a country girl in Browns Flat NB. Erica moved to Fredericton straight out of high school to complete her education at the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage. She graduated with honors from the college, and went on to take additional courses in sports massage, pregnancy massage and infant massage, scar tissue and burn victims, PTSD, Traditional Thai Massage, and Labour Support Provider.
In addition to being the Clinic General Manager Erica is one of our full time Therapists, and the clinics Yoga Instructor. Having completed her 200hr Yoga Instructor course at the Yandara Institute in Mexico, Erica teaches classes and private sessions at the Clinic.
Erica is commited to her profession and her clinic. Her love of helping people transpires into her work each and every day.

Victoria Buchanan – RMT
Originally from Shelburne NS, Victoria moved to Fredericton straight out of high school to study Massage Therapy. During the 2200 hour course Victoria had the opportunity to work on various clients such as those requesting relaxation, those with sport injuries and those with various pathologies. Victoria chose to specialize in perinatal and infant massage through TRIMESTERS MASSAGE THERAPY. She earned her diploma of Massage Therapy with honors from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in March 2009 and currently belongs to the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists. Upon graduating Victoria went straight to work massaging at a Naturopathic Clinic. On her downtime she also worked at a Spa.
In October of 2009 Victoria joined our team at the Adica Massage Clinic. Victoria’s treatments vary depending on what the client presents with and what the client’s expectation on the treatment is. She enjoys learning new ways to vary her treatments and homecare to adapt to each client’s needs. Victoria believes that Massage is an excellent tool in recovery from stress or injury and an even greater tool in preventative health. She has seen first hand the positive addition to quality of life Massage Therapy can give.
Nicole Blunston – RMT, Reiki Therapist
Nicole was born and raised right here in Fredericton, N.B., and has been a practicing RMT for 5 years. After working as a Support Services Worker at the DECH for 8 years, she decided it was time to pursue a career that made her happy. With a passion for human anatomy she enrolled in the massage therapy program at ACTM and in October 2010 graduated with honors. While in training Nicole also participated in data collection and research for a study on Fibromyalgia between ACTM and the UNB Kinesiology Department giving her a wide range of knowledge on the chronic pain syndrome and appropriate treatments associated with it. Nicole has also recieved training in Active Release Techniques (ART), and Cupping Massage. She is very comfortable with deep tissue work, but more than able to adjust her treatments to the client’s wants and needs. Also a mother of 4, Nicole is very friendly, easy to talk to, and comfortable treating children of all ages. Nicole strives to make her clients comfortable and at ease, and always makes a point to recommend home care to help prevent flare ups in between treatments. Nicole is excited, and passionate about her work as an RMT, and finds great joy in seeing the tremendous amount of healing and relief massage therapy can offer.
Hillary Casey -RMT, YI, Reiki Therapist (on Maternity Leave)
Originally from Pictou County, Nova Scotia, Hillary is thrilled to be joining the Adica team. She completed the 2200 hour massage therapy program at Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage training in human anatomy, human physiology, pathology, neurology, remedial exercise, therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, hydrotherapy, Fascial M
assage and basic Craniosacral
With nearly 10 years of experience working with the public, Hillary graduated from Concepts School of Cosmetology in 2006 and began her career of helping people feel their best as an esthetician. The positive effects her clients experienced from her stress relieving and confidence boosting treatments had her always looking for new information and modalities to share with them. She trained in Reiki Therapy and soon after traveled to Bali, Indonesia to become a certified yoga teacher.
Hillary believes in the power therapeutic massage has on the body and mind, and customizes each treatment for the individual she is working with. She is looking forward to developing her massage therapy career and the opportunity to work with such a knowledgeable team of RMT’s.
Crystal London – RMT
Crystal followed up a liberal arts degree from Mount Allison University with a diploma from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2011.
She utilizes various myofascial techniques (gentle and not so gentle), cupping, craniosacral therapy and occasionally reiki to customize a treatment plan to the individual’s health and wellness goals. Crystal focuses on chronic pain cases for the back, neck and jaw; with the intention of improving function and reducing pain for clients.
She is extremely excited to work alongside and learn from the talented group of therapists at Adica Massage Clinic.
Most of her spare time is spent reading nerdy novels and attempting to create interesting images with paint.
Lisa Paul-Elias – RMT
Lisa has been a Registered Massage Therapist for five years . She graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage and went on to specialize in lymphatic drainage. Lisa is one of only two people in all of NB certified to practice these techniques. She also performs deep tissue, sports and relaxation massages. She has a passion for her work and clients, loves helping people, and seeing what improvements massage can have.
She is currently a student at unb as well and plans on going all the way through to her PhD.
Her interests include yoga, dance, hiking, and really all things outdoors.
Pamela Mowbray – RMT

Jess was born in Fredericton and raised in the small town of Nackawic, where she has spent most of her life. She’s been working in the customer service industry for a few years now and loves dealing with people. Jess has always had a passion for helping people and wants to continue that passion by working with her outstanding colleagues at Adica Massage Clinic.

Sarah Mazerole – RMT
From Richibucto NB, Sarah Moved to Fredericton in 2010 to attend UNB. She received a Bachelor in Recreation and Sports Studies in the Wellness Stream. Upon completing her degree she found a desire to learn more about massage therapy, as receiving regular treatments helped her through her undergrad.
Sarah attended ACTM, where she completed the 2200 hour program and specialized in perinatal and infant massage. Sarah also has experience in sports massage and working with various injuries and conditions.
Sarah worked in a multidisciplinary chiropractic clinic where she provided massage treatments and progressive rehab programs. Sarah looks to make each treatment plan fit the needs of her clients including the best home care possible to make sure her clients can take care of themselves between treatments
Kelsey Blakely – RMT
Originally from Miramichi, Kelsey moved to Fredericton in 2012. Kelsey has always had a passion for helping people, and was always intrigued with how the human body functions. She decided to enrol in the Massage Therapy program at Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage. After graduating in 2016, she worked at a multidisciplinary clinic along side chiropractors and a naturopathic doctor.
Kelsey takes a therapeutic approach with treatments. She has experience working with pregnant clients, as well as clients with various injuries and conditions. Kelsey understands no two bodies are alike, and creates unique treatment plans according to clients needs. Since graduating she has taken CEUs in cupping massage and auricular acupuncture. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge as a therapist.
